Sports keep me grounded — physically, mentally, and in the way they quietly teach you about discipline and showing up for others. Music takes me everywhere else. I listen across languages and genres, less to study it and more to feel it. Photography is how I slow down and pay attention — to people, places, the small things that usually go unnoticed. And travel is simply where all of this comes together. Every place I've been has left something in me. That's really the whole point.
